Assembly Technician

LMT Defense is seeking a skilled Assembly Technician to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for assembling and inspecting high-quality products.

• Assemble and inspect products to ensure high-quality standards
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to ensure smooth production
• Produce parts as instructed by supervisors and maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Provide justification and corrective action on issues affecting output and quality
• Meet time standards and follow company procedures and policies
• Alert supervisors to any unsafe conditions and maintain adequate control and protection of company assets

• High School diploma or equivalent required; 1+ year of experience preferred
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to read and interpret production drawings and follow work instructions
• Ability to lift and position components weighing up to 35 pounds
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
