Assembly Technician

LMT Defense is seeking a skilled Assembly Technician to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for assembling and inspecting high-quality products.
Key Responsibilities- Assemble and inspect products to ensure high-quality standards
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to ensure smooth production
- Produce parts as instructed by supervisors and maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Provide justification and corrective action on issues affecting output and quality
- Meet time standards and follow company procedures and policies
- Alert supervisors to any unsafe conditions and maintain adequate control and protection of company assets
- High School diploma or equivalent required; 1+ year of experience preferred
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to read and interpret production drawings and follow work instructions
- Ability to lift and position components weighing up to 35 pounds
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Competitive hourly rate of $15/hour
