Job Summary

LMT Defense is seeking a skilled Assembly Technician to join our team in the defense industry. As an Assembly Technician, you will play a critical role in the production of high-quality parts and components.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble parts and components according to specifications and quality standards.
  • Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with supervisors and quality control teams to ensure high-quality output.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to resolve issues and improve processes.
  • Meet productivity and quality standards, and adhere to company policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; 1+ year of experience preferred.
  • Basic hand tool knowledge and ability to lift up to 35 pounds.
  • Excellent visual perception and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
