Key Responsibilities:- Conduct basic mechanical assembly and sub-assembly tasks.
- Perform leak testing as required.
- Utilize hand and power tools to complete assembly operations.
- Interpret work instructions to ensure precision in execution.
- Collaborate with management and team members to foster effective communication on the production floor.
- Engage in standard testing and minor troubleshooting activities.
- Maintain quality standards throughout the assembly process.
- Fulfill additional duties as assigned.
- Consistent attendance is crucial for this role.

Qualifications:- Experience in a non-manufacturing environment is beneficial.
- Familiarity with cable and harness assembly is a plus.
- Ability to read and follow written instructions accurately.
- Basic mechanical skills with the capacity to perform repetitive assembly tasks.
- General knowledge of hand tools, portable power tools, and bench tools.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Effective communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to navigate software applications.
- Ability to read engineering drawings and schematics is desirable.
- This position is classified as Safety Sensitive.
- Work is conducted in a manufacturing and/or cleanroom setting.
- Ability to stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, walk, push, pull, and grasp.
- Capability to lift up to 25 lbs and more with assistance.
- Ability to maintain visual acuity for assigned tasks.
- Capacity to stand or sit for extended periods.
- Ability to engage in phone communication and use a computer for prolonged durations.
- Personal protective equipment may be required.
- Exposure to noise levels and potential hazards including electrical currents and moving parts.
Occasional out-of-town travel may be necessary for training and meetings.
