Responsabilidades:

  • Liderar el diseño, implementación y ejecución de procesos escalables para optimizar la eficiencia del cierre financiero y el control.
  • Reconciliar e investigar saldos pendientes de cuentas por cobrar, abordando y resolviendo proactivamente discrepancias.
  • Colaborar de manera efectiva con Operaciones, Centros de Distribución, Mayoristas y otros equipos multifuncionales para garantizar la precisión en la facturación y cobros a clientes.
  • Facilitar un proceso de facturación fluido mediante una comunicación y cooperación efectivas con las partes interesadas.
  • Preparar asientos contables, revisar y aprobar meticulosamente las entradas, y asegurar la finalización oportuna de las reconciliaciones de cuentas de los informes directos.
  • Contribuir al análisis financiero mensual y generar informes ad-hoc perspicaces para apoyar la toma de decisiones estratégicas.
  • Gestionar y desarrollar las operaciones del equipo de Contabilidad de Ingresos, asumiendo la responsabilidad total de las funciones diarias y de fin de mes.
  • Fomentar un ambiente de equipo colaborativo y orientado al crecimiento, promoviendo la mejora continua y el desarrollo de habilidades.

Requisitos:

  • Dominio de funciones avanzadas de Excel, incluyendo Tablas Dinámicas y VLOOKUPs.
  • Sólida capacidad de resolución de problemas, capaz de identificar causas raíz y recomendar soluciones efectivas.
  • Capacidad para analizar detalles transaccionales dentro de un sistema de planificación de recursos empresariales y articular hallazgos clave a la dirección.
  • Construir relaciones positivas y colaborativas de manera transversal, haciendo recomendaciones e implementando mejoras de procesos.

Experiencia:

  • Más de 5 años de experiencia contable en CPG/Retail/Ecommerce.
  • Título universitario en Finanzas, Contabilidad o un campo relacionado.
  • Fuerte dominio de sistemas ERP a gran escala.
