Requirements

  • Proven leadership skills and ability to motivate a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to present data-driven insights to stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Proficiency in computer software and technology, including project management tools.
  • Experience with vendor and contract management, as well as union and contract negotiations.
  • Strong financial acumen and budget management experience.
