We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Enterprise Healthcare Data Architecture and Management to join our team at CCI Health & Wellness Services. As a key member of our IT department, you will play a critical role in shaping our organization's data strategy and ensuring the effective management of our clinical data.
Key Responsibilities- Data Strategy and Architecture: Develop and implement a comprehensive data strategy that aligns with our organization's clinical objectives and ensures the effective management of our clinical data.
- Data Quality and Integrity: Design and implement data-driven solutions to support clinical business intelligence, frame data warehouses, and troubleshoot solutions to ensure data integrity and quality.
- Data Integration and Interoperability: Clean data ingestion, data transformation, and integrate disparate sources of data to ensure data strategies align with clinical objectives.
- Collaboration and Communication: Facilitate integration, information sharing, and exploitation of common requirements across the organization, and provide strategic and operational support and subject matter expertise based on an understanding of clinical data quality management, process improvement, and measurement issues.
- Leadership and Expertise: Manage the clinical data quality program, lead health information technology (HIT) implementation and reporting, and advise leadership and stakeholders on modernizing their clinical and healthcare data and technology infrastructure.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years related experience at a Director level and a Bachelor's degree; or 10 years combination of related education and work experience and a Master's Degree a plus.
- Skills and Knowledge: Applied expertise working with clinical and health information systems, open data sources, and data standards; experience working with production healthcare systems such as EHRs, Health Information Exchanges (HIEs), Interface Engines, or other clinical systems; familiarity with the healthcare industry, healthcare terminology, clinical roles, and national healthcare organizations.
- Tools and Technologies: Proficiency with database programming languages such as SQL, proficiency with Python for data manipulation, experience with data visualization tools, and expertise in Microsoft Office and Database management.
