- Conduct performance appraisals, manage employee development, and provide ongoing feedback.
- Manage the leadership team to ensure effective collaboration and achievement of store goals.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through exceptional service.
- Handle client complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
- Work to ensure client loyalty and engagement by supporting client loyalty programs and services.
- Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
- Uphold company brand excellence in-store, ensuring a consistent and high-quality client experience.
- Manage inventory levels to ensure product availability.
- Allocate resources and handle staffing to ensure optimal productivity and performance.
- Proven successful experience as a retail manager.
- 3-5 years of experience managing a high-volume, complex retail or hospitality setting.
- Strong leadership skills and business acumen.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A knack for attracting, identifying, and inspiring employees.
- Flexible availability to work a retail schedule.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, bend/stretch to stock shelves, stand/walk the sales floor for entire shift, and work in a fragrance-filled environment.
- Adherence to company dress code and policies in the employee handbook.
