Resource Management
  • Manage inventory levels to ensure product availability.
  • Allocate resources and handle staffing to ensure optimal productivity and performance.
Requirements
  1. Proven successful experience as a retail manager.
  2. 3-5 years of experience managing a high-volume, complex retail or hospitality setting.
  3. Strong leadership skills and business acumen.
  4. Strong organizational skills.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  6. A knack for attracting, identifying, and inspiring employees.
  7. Flexible availability to work a retail schedule.
  8. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, bend/stretch to stock shelves, stand/walk the sales floor for entire shift, and work in a fragrance-filled environment.
  9. Adherence to company dress code and policies in the employee handbook.
