We are currently in search of a committed and talented Project Manager to enhance our team. The Project Manager will be accountable for the overall direction, completion, and financial viability of projects, while fostering relationships with both clients and subcontractors. This position necessitates a comprehensive understanding of engineering systems, a solid grasp of project management methodologies, and proficiency in key competencies such as leadership, organization, time management, communication, and client relations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Exhibit expert knowledge of Construction Drawings and Documentation.
  • Interpret construction plans, technical specifications, and submission requirements.
  • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to establish project scope and identify optimal delivery methods.
  • Oversee prime contracts, subcontracts, and vendor agreements to ensure alignment with company objectives and maintain positive client relationships.
  • Manage the design process and facilitate coordination between design and construction teams.
  • Lead a small to mid-sized team, providing guidance and direction to ensure project success.
  • Forecast costs for upcoming activities and projects, manage RFIs, submittals, schedules, budgets, and scopes through project management software.
  • Develop bid packages and procure proposals in accordance with client policies.
  • Act as the primary liaison with clients throughout the project duration, including periodic progress reporting.
  • Identify potential risks and formulate mitigation strategies throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Facilitate critical project meetings and coordination exercises with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Create and maintain project schedules, including feasible phasing plans to accommodate end-users' needs.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • Build relationships within client organizations to coordinate work and make decisions effectively.
  • Exhibit exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Possess strong written and verbal communication skills, along with a proactive and independent work ethic.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Project or Primavera P6, Microsoft Office Suite, and Bluebeam.
  • Ability to understand ARCH & MEP drawings and reports, focusing on identifying potential improvements for project implementation.
Required Education & Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management.
  • 5-7 years of relevant construction industry experience.
  • Preferably experienced in healthcare construction projects.
  • MEP experience.
