Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to boost sales, profits, and customer experience across managed categories.
  • Build and sustain robust partnerships within the organization and externally to drive business growth.
  • Take proactive measures to achieve business objectives and navigate changing market dynamics.
  • Lead a large team with a dynamic leadership style, driving organizational change and talent development.
  • Effectively manage a significant P&L, with responsibility for critical profit drivers.
  • Possess comprehensive knowledge of Omni business operations, including marketing strategies, staffing, and financial management.
Requirements

  • Candidates with a bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related field are encouraged to apply. 15+ years of progressive merchandising experience.
  • Regularly required to sit, talk, hear; use hands/fingers to touch, handle, and feel. Occasionally required to move about the workplace and reach with hands and arms. Requires close vision.
  • Able to work a flexible schedule based on department and company needs.
