Position Summary:

As an Automotive Sales Consultant, you will be instrumental in guiding customers through their vehicle purchasing journey. Your role will involve sharing insights about our diverse vehicle lineup and ensuring a seamless and enjoyable buying experience. Your passion for cars and exceptional communication abilities will be key to driving our sales success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist customers with a friendly demeanor to identify their needs and recommend appropriate vehicles.
  • Conduct test drives to highlight vehicle features and performance.
  • Maintain current knowledge of vehicle specifications, features, and pricing to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Assist customers throughout the sales process, including vehicle selection, financing options, and trade-in evaluations.
  • Negotiate and finalize sales agreements transparently and in a customer-friendly manner.
  • Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and address any inquiries.
  • Establish and nurture positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Collaborate with fellow sales team members and other departments to deliver a cohesive customer experience.
  • Engage in sales meetings and training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
  • Work towards achieving both individual and team sales objectives.
  • Employ effective sales strategies to maximize opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Genuine enthusiasm for automobiles and a commitment to customer service.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Authorization to work in the USA is required.
  • Ability to pass pre-employment assessments, including background checks and drug testing.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
  • Previous experience in automotive sales is advantageous.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.

Compensation:

  • OTE (On-Target-Earnings): $60,000 - $100,000+ / year

*Compensation includes a base monthly draw and commission based on sales performance, with potential bonuses for individual or team achievements.

Work Schedule:

  • FULL TIME
  • 5 days a week with 2 days off
  • Weekend availability is required
