Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of winning proposals and presentations
  • Supervise a team of marketing specialists
  • Oversee the work of other marketing team members
  • Facilitate team training, mentorship, and professional development
  • Collaborate with pursuit teams to develop win strategies
  • Provide business intelligence on clients, competitors, and HNTB
  • Organize and facilitate pursuit strategy meetings
  • Support client service teams by preparing materials for internal and external meetings
  • Lead training and education for new hires
  • Provide input on recruitment, hiring, development, and retention of staff

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business, or related field
  • 6 years of relevant experience, or 10 years of experience in lieu of degree
  • Transportation infrastructure marketing experience (preferred but not required)
  • Quality assurance and quality control of marketing materials/technical documents
  • Experience serving as a supervisor or similar oversight role
  • Strong mentorship and team leadership and relationship-building skills
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge and/or familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) platforms
  • Excellent verbal and written communications capabilities
  • Proficiency in common grammar, punctuation, proofing, and business writing
