Role Responsibilities

The Respite Care Provider will deliver direct patient care within the client's home environment. The individual must demonstrate the ability to work independently and effectively assess the patient's condition during each visit, documenting observations accurately.

Key Duties:

  • Deliver hands-on care to designated clients.
  • Monitor and evaluate the client's health status, reporting any changes to the supervisor or physician as necessary.
  • Oversee medication administration and adherence.
Qualifications

Required Skills:

  • Current CPR certification.
  • Access to reliable transportation.
  • Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including lifting, transferring, kneeling, and standing.
  • Experience with pediatric care is preferred but not mandatory. Comprehensive training will be provided both in-office and on-site.
