We are looking for a talented Program Quality Manager (QM) Staff to join our team in Arlington, TX supporting the PAC-3 CLS (Command Launch System) program.

This role requires expertise in quality engineering and management principles to drive business excellence and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement quality processes, procedures, and metrics to ensure optimal business methods and practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex quality issues and develop corrective actions.
  • Provide technical liaison support related to quality matters and identify solutions to complex problems.
  • Evaluate and implement contractual quality requirements to ensure successful program delivery.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a STEM field or equivalent experience/combined education.
  • Strong understanding of quality engineering principles, standards, and regulations.
  • Experience with control and disposition of non-conforming material and root cause analysis.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to work independently.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $160,000 per year
