Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Cardiovascular Technologist to join our team at Decypher. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and support in the catheterization laboratory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the preparation and maintenance of the catheterization laboratory, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment.
  • Perform a variety of technical procedures, including patient assessment, imaging, and laboratory testing.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide high-quality patient care and support.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest medical technologies and procedures, and participate in ongoing education and training.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives.
  • Participate in the orientation and training of new staff members.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • Current certification as a Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) required.
  • Advanced cardiac life support (ACLS) certification required.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a catheterization laboratory setting.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
