Landscape Architect

About the Role
The Landscape Architect will be responsible for designing and planning outdoor spaces and site development plans. This role requires a combination of artistic and technical skills to create aesthetically pleasing and functional design solutions.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct research and review local zoning, subdivision, and land development ordinances
• Perform site layout, grading, and road design using AutoCAD C3D
• Understand utility layout, profiling, and detailing for gravity sanitary sewer and water systems
Requirements
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Landscape Architecture
• Entry-level experience
Work Environment
This is a fully on-site position in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. The work environment is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, dependent upon project work. Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer are expected, with occasional project site visits and exposure to weather.
