Job Title: Landscape Architect

We are seeking an experienced Landscape Architect to join our team at LVI Associates. As a key member of our land development team, you will be responsible for leading and managing projects from design to approval, permitting, and construction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage projects through all phases, ensuring successful outcomes for clients.
  • Develop and manage project budgets and timelines to meet profitability and scheduling targets.
  • Provide high-quality design solutions and technical expertise.
  • Mentor and guide junior staff to support their professional development.
  • Stay updated on current regulations and industry standards.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Landscape Architecture or Civil Engineering.
  • A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.
What We Offer:
