Key Responsibilities- Prepare and serve drinks according to specified recipes and standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including restocking supplies and cleaning equipment.
- Provide exceptional service to guests, including greeting and acknowledging them, taking orders, and serving drinks.
- Anticipate and meet the needs of guests, including replenishing drinks and supplies.
- Process payments and handle cash and credit transactions.
- Count and reconcile cash and credit transactions at the end of each shift.
- Secure liquors, beers, wines, and other beverages and supplies.
- Complete closing duties, including cleaning and restocking the bar area.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- At least 1 year of related work experience preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and move quickly and efficiently.
