As a Safety and Security Specialist, you will serve as the dedicated guardian of our establishment, ensuring the protection and well-being of all visitors and personnel while they enjoy memorable experiences. With your keen awareness, prompt response capabilities, and approachable nature, you will foster a secure environment, guaranteeing that every occasion is both safe and enjoyable for all attendees.
Work Schedule:
2 PM - 10 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular patrols of the premises to safeguard guests and property.
- Act as the primary responder to alarms, medical emergencies, and other incidents.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive matters.
- Carry out thorough internal investigations into incidents and prepare detailed, objective reports for each shift.
- Identify and address immediate safety concerns; respond promptly to incidents and provide emergency assistance as necessary.
- Keep accurate records and logs, ensuring all relevant information is communicated to subsequent shifts.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
Applicants should possess a combination of education and experience equivalent to a high school diploma or any other relevant training or experience that demonstrates the necessary knowledge, skills, and abilities. Candidates must hold valid professional credentials as required by local regulations. Certification in CPR/AED and first aid is essential, or the ability to obtain such certification. A valid driver's license and a satisfactory driving and criminal history record are required. Strong communication skills in English are essential.
