This position is ideal for students who are eligible for Federal Work Study and are looking for a part-time opportunity to gain customer service experience. Responsibilities
  • Customer Support: Provide front-line customer support, answering general questions and creating ID cards.
  • Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot technical issues with Vending and Smartprint services.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform administrative duties such as filing confidential documents, office reports, and other tasks as assigned.
  • Marketing Support: Assist with marketing efforts to promote products and services within Auxiliary Services.
Requirements

  • Technical Skills: Have experience with Windows and Microsoft Office, as well as basic computer knowledge.
  • Communication Skills: Possess good listening and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
  • Availability: Be available to work some evenings and occasional Saturdays.
