Job Details
- Full-Time Position: 40 hours per week
- Role: Mobile Infant Caregiver
- Benefits: Paid time off, annual bonus, holiday compensation, health insurance options, and childcare discounts
- Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7 AM to 4 PM
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality care to infants
- Supervise and engage in daily activities for children
- Assist with feeding, diaper changes, naptime, and essential care for infants
- Welcome parents and children warmly
- Provide comfort to children, address minor injuries, and collaborate closely with lead educators
- Maintain regular communication with parents and fellow staff members
Required Skills and Knowledge
- Reliability, maturity, respect for children and colleagues, and enthusiasm for working with families
- Basic understanding of infant growth and development
Applicant Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Previous childcare experience is preferred
- Reliable transportation is necessary
- Ability to pass a child abuse/neglect screening
- No felony convictions
- Willingness to complete state-required background checks
- Proof of or willingness to obtain CPR certification
- Availability to work year-round
