Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bar Manager to join our team at IR Management LLC. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for leading the bar and food service operations, creating a memorable experience for our guests, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Bar Team: Manage and motivate a high-performing team of bartenders and servers to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales.
  • Develop Beverage Programs: Create and implement innovative beverage menus, promotions, and events that drive revenue and enhance the guest experience.
  • Manage Bar Operations: Oversee bar inventory, control costs, and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
  • Drive Business Growth: Analyze sales data, identify opportunities, and develop strategies to increase revenue and market share.
  • Collaborate with the Team: Work closely with the general manager, kitchen staff, and other departments to ensure seamless service and achieve business objectives.
Requirements
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in bartending and bar management, preferably in a high-volume environment.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate a team, drive results, and make informed decisions.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
