The estimated salary for this position is between $19.62 and $20.55 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Responsibilities

">
  • Assemble surface mount closers using both manual and automated processes while meeting production requirements.
  • Comply with all plant safety regulations and company policies.
  • Work following detailed assembly procedures and use simple machines such as pneumatic cylinders, pulse guns, and hand tools.

Requirements

  • The ideal candidate must have 3 years or more of previous experience working in a manufacturing environment assembling metal components.
  • They must be a team player, quality conscious, and able to work with minimum supervision.
  • Additionally, they must maintain good housekeeping practices and be able to lift and/or move up to 40lbs.
