About the Program

The Nestle USA Engineering Co-op Program is a development program that provides select individuals with the opportunity to gain hands-on experience and build their expertise in process engineering. The program consists of 3 or 6 month rotational experiences that are designed to build capability and understanding of the core engineering functions at Nestle USA.

Responsibilities
  • As an Engineering Co-op, you will be learning and growing as an engineer while delivering results for Nestle USA through key projects, systems, and people.
  • You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, including batch and continuous processing, hygienic engineering, cleaning in process (CIP), thermal processing, and more.
  • You will be working in a dynamic and collaborative work culture with a team of experienced engineers and professionals.
Requirements
  • Working towards a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or other related engineering discipline.
  • GPA of 3.0 and above preferred.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Analytical skillset for data tracking and results analysis.
  • Ability to work and thrive in a team environment.
  • Demonstrate outstanding learning capabilities.
  • Ability to deliver results on challenging assignments.
