About the Role

Nestlé USA is seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our Engineering Co-Op Program. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and collaborative work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and implementation of engineering projects and initiatives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and solve complex problems
  • Conduct research and analysis to inform engineering decisions
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and reports

About the Program

The Nestlé USA Engineering Co-Op Program is a 3-6 month rotational program designed to provide students with real-world experience and exposure to various engineering disciplines. As a co-op, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects and gain a deeper understanding of the engineering functions at Nestlé USA.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
