Nail Technician Job Description

Arch Amenities Group, a leading spa, fitness, and leisure firm, is seeking a skilled Nail Technician to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional nail care services to guests, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain the highest standards of quality and cleanliness in all aspects of nail care.
  • Assess guest contraindications and provide personalized services to meet their needs.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest nail care techniques and products.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to guest inquiries and concerns in a professional manner.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Meet productivity and quality standards, adhering to company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Valid state license in nail services or equivalent credentials.
  • Previous experience in nail care or a related field.
  • Excellent customer service skills and a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Working Conditions:

  • Exposure to fumes, odors, and dust.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
  • Use of various tools and equipment, including nippers, files, buffers, and lotions.
