1. Customer Consulting and Support: You will learn how to provide comprehensive advice, analyze individual hearing needs, and offer solutions. You will assist customers in selecting and fitting hearing aids and accompany them throughout the entire fitting process.
2. Hearing Tests and Profiling: You will perform hearing tests to create individual hearing profiles and interpret the results. Based on these results, you will recommend suitable hearing aids and make adjustments to ensure optimal hearing care.
