SNI Companies is seeking a highly skilled Receptionist to join our team in Jacksonville, FL.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Receptionist to manage our front desk and provide administrative support to our team. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our company and will be responsible for greeting guests, answering phone calls, and performing various administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer and screen incoming phone calls, and forward them to the appropriate team member
  • Provide accurate and timely information to guests and team members
  • Receive and sort daily mail and deliveries
  • Perform various clerical tasks, including filing, photocopying, and faxing
  • Assist in the preparation of regular reports and presentations
  • Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
  • Develop and maintain a filing system

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in the construction industry is required
  • Knowledge of general construction terminology is a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to learn new software quickly
  • Excellent multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug test
