As a Facility Manager, you'll be responsible for delivering on our promise by ensuring every moment matters for our clients. This includes resolving client requests and concerns efficiently, communicating proactively with clients on how to improve our operations, and hiring, developing, training, and supervising a diverse team of Promise-driven employees.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve client requests and concerns efficiently.
- Hire, develop, train, and supervise a diverse team of employees.
- Ensure proper parking, security, and cash control procedures are followed.
- Maximize profitability through revenue development, facility marketing, cash control procedures, expense reviews, and managing the operation's budget.
- Identify all procurement and vendor service needs of the location.
- Perform general accounting duties such as accounts payable, payroll, and petty cash.
- Monitor facility maintenance for cleanliness standards.
- Monitor and review all damage claims.
What You Need
- Demonstrates ability to lead, manage, and motivate a diverse group of team members.
- Prior experience developing budgets and P&L (Profit and Loss) review a plus.
- Ability to react and problem-solve quickly.
- Experience using various computer applications/systems (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
License Requirement
Must possess a valid state-issued driver's license with a current address and acceptable driving record.
