Job Summary:The Registered Nurse is responsible for delivering individualized nursing care to residents, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and ensuring the coordination of care. This role requires a strong commitment to quality care, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning
- Collaborate with residents, families, and healthcare teams to develop and implement care plans
- Coordinate care with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, therapists, and social workers
- Delegate tasks and supervise licensed and unlicensed assistive personnel
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient information
- Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license in the state of practice
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
