Radiologic Technologist Supervisor

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Radiology Technologist Lead to join our team at Texas Orthopedic Hospital.
The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our radiology department, providing exceptional patient care, and supporting the growth and development of our team members.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the work of radiology technologists, ensuring that exams are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Oversee the scheduling and workload of the department, making adjustments as needed to ensure optimal productivity.
- Act as a resource to staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that all exams are completed to the highest standard.
- Perform a variety of tasks involved in operating x-ray equipment, including adjusting equipment for proper radiographic exposure techniques in accordance with radiation safety guidelines.
- Be responsible for the proper use of Radiology Information Systems and understand and use CR/PACS systems.

- Graduate from an accredited Radiography program or equivalent.
