Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Radiology Technologist Lead to join our team at Texas Orthopedic Hospital. As a key member of our radiology department, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations, ensuring high-quality patient care, and providing leadership to our team of radiology technologists.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of radiology technologists, ensuring efficient and effective use of resources.
  • Oversee the operation of x-ray equipment, ensuring proper use and maintenance.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve patient care and department efficiency.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless patient flow and communication.
  • Provide training and guidance to radiology technologists to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Graduate from an accredited Radiography program or equivalent.
  • One year of experience as a Radiology Technologist, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make sound decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
