- Operational Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hospital, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of services, and maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
- Financial Management: Develop and manage the hospital's budget, ensuring financial stability and sustainability, and making informed decisions to optimize resources.
- Human Resources: Lead and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence, and promoting employee engagement and retention.
- Community Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with community stakeholders, including physicians, patients, and local leaders, to promote the hospital's services and reputation.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or a related field, with a Master's degree preferred.
- Experience: At least 5 years of senior leadership experience in a healthcare setting, with a track record of success in strategic planning, operational management, and financial management.
- Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders, and a proven track record of driving business growth and improvement.
