Position Overview

Clay Consulting, LLC is seeking dedicated Audiologists to provide essential audiological assessments for our nation's veterans. As a subcontractor for the Veterans Affairs, we are committed to delivering high-quality care to those who have served.

Your Responsibilities

In this role, you will utilize your audiological expertise to evaluate and diagnose hearing-related conditions that support veterans' disability claims. As a medical disability examiner, you will collect and analyze clinical evidence through a thorough review of medical and military records, conduct interviews with veterans, and perform in-person examinations. Your assessments will contribute to forming a medical opinion regarding the connection between the veteran's condition and their military service. This critical examination process ensures that veterans' claims are addressed and processed effectively by the Veteran Benefits Administration.

Required Qualifications

  • Doctorate in Audiology (AuD), Master's in Audiology (M.A.), Master's of Science in Audiology (M.S.), PhD in Audiology or Speech Language Pathology, or Doctor of Education in Audiology (Ed.D).
  • A valid and unrestricted audiologist license in the state where examinations are conducted.
  • Certification from ASHA or completion of a master's or doctoral program accredited by ASHA.
