About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Associate to join our Technology Group in New York. As a key member of our team, you will support senior bankers across various sectors and work on a range of transactions, including M&A, leveraged finance, public equities, and advisory services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and participate in client presentations, including financial analyses and business plans.
  • Compile and analyze financial data, including valuation, M&A scenarios, and three-statement operational models.
  • Participate in due diligence sessions and draft private and public marketing materials.
  • Mentor analysts in the Technology Group and contribute to building and maintaining client relationships.
Requirements
  • Either an MBA and investment banking experience or an undergraduate degree and 3+ years of investment banking experience.
  • Strong technical, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong valuation skills and significant valuation experience.
  • Ability to manage multiple transactions and projects simultaneously.
  • Resourceful self-starter, able to work autonomously and as a team player.
What We Offer

Jefferies offers a competitive salary range of $150,000 - $225,000, as well as an annual discretionary incentive and retention bonus, competitive employee benefits, and paid time off packages.
