Role of the Store Supervisor

Core Responsibilities:

The Store Supervisor is essential in assisting store management by ensuring a customer-focused atmosphere on the sales floor through exceptional leadership. By promoting teamwork, staff development, goal attainment, and compliance with Coach standards, you will play a significant role in improving store effectiveness and profitability.

We are looking for an exceptional Supervisor who leads by example, sets the tone for the sales floor, and provides constructive feedback to help the team exceed Coach Service standards. In return, you will have the chance to guide a dynamic team within a rapidly growing luxury brand and further your career.
