Key Responsibilities- Meet Sales Goals: Consistently strive to achieve company sales expectations and meet personal sales targets.
- Provide Quality Customer Service: Maintain a strong customer focus and consistently provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Ring Transactions and Manage Cash Handling: Accurately ring customer transactions, perform register functions, and follow company cash handling policies.
- Customer Service Experience: 6 months of face-to-face customer service experience and a High School Diploma (or equivalent) preferred.
- Interpersonal and Verbal Communication Skills: Possess strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills to effectively engage with customers and colleagues.
- Language Skills: Preference given to candidates who can speak Cantonese and/or Spanish in addition to English.
- Competitive Compensation: A competitive salary range of $15 to $17 per hour.
