About the Position

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Maintenance and Operations Technician to join our facilities team at Animas Surgical Hospital, LLC. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the physical plant, ensuring the proper functioning of mechanical systems, and adhering to Life Safety and Fire Safety codes and regulations.

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the physical plant.
  • Monitor and report any issues or concerns related to the physical plant.
Responsibilities:
  1. Conduct regular inspections of the physical plant to identify and address potential issues.
  2. Collaborate with the facilities and biomedical teams to ensure effective communication and coordination.
  3. Utilize electronic work order systems to track and manage maintenance requests.
  4. Document work order status and completion accurately and efficiently.
  5. Meet with facilities and biomedical teams regularly to discuss ongoing projects and initiatives.

The estimated salary for this position is $18.26-$27.93 hourly.
