About the Role

Community Health Care is a leading non-profit organization dedicated to providing quality healthcare to underserved patients in Pierce County. Our comprehensive family practice care includes medical, dental, pharmacy, and behavioral health services in our seven clinics.

We are seeking a skilled Clinic Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. As a Clinic RN, you will be accountable for providing quality nursing care and coordinating care for patients in collaboration with the healthcare team. You will also be responsible for performing within the scope of practice and promoting excellence in patient care and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide age-specific and culturally appropriate patient and family teaching on health and wellness, prevention, family planning, pregnancy, domestic violence, STD, pre-and post-test HIV counseling, and chronic disease management.
  • Promote an atmosphere of patient care and customer service excellence, respecting patient rights, confidentiality, diversity, and developmental or age-specific needs.
  • Maintain clinical knowledge and expertise to provide high-quality patient care.
