About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Production & Materials Planning Manager to join our team. As a key member of our supply chain organization, you will be responsible for leading the planning and execution of production and materials management processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead weekly supply chain reviews to ensure alignment with production schedules and material constraints
  • Maintain strong relationships with critical suppliers to ensure high service levels on components
  • Provide direction on manufacturing strategies to ensure alignment with supply chain and operation goals
  • Improve key metrics such as backorders, lead time adherence, OTIF, inventory, and more
  • Actively manage working and non-working inventories in assigned businesses to maintain compliance and achieve inventory investment targets
  • Manage plant supply chain organization

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher AND seven (7) years of experience in supply chain, operations, or engineering in a private, public, government or military environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • APICS Certification
  • Experience using SAP, creating Power BI reports, and utilizing Excel
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams

Work Location: Onsite [Irvine, CA]

Travel: May include up to 10% domestic

Relocation Assistance: May be authorized

Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).
