We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Plant Operator to join our team at Sapphire Technologies in Westville. As a key member of our control room team, you will be responsible for operating and monitoring plant facilities while adhering to legal and regulatory requirements.


Your Key Responsibilities:
• Operating and monitoring plant facilities, including identifying and assisting in resolving malfunctions
• Conducting inspection rounds and maintaining operational documentation
• Commissioning systems and components, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements

Your Ideal Profile:
• Completed training as an electrician or industrial mechanic, or a comparable qualification
• Professional experience in full continuous production plants or power plant operations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable, team-oriented, and highly motivated, with a strong interest in training and development
