About the Role:
Clover Creek Dental Care is seeking a highly skilled Dental Assistant to join our team. As a Dental Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and supporting our dentists in delivering high-quality dental services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome patients, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout their dental journey.
- Conduct thorough reviews of patients' health histories to provide quality care.
- Take and process x-rays and other diagnostic assessments, utilizing state-of-the-art technology.
- Provide superior chairside assistance to supported dentists during various procedures.
- Utilize Dentrix for patient scheduling and record keeping, ensuring accurate and efficient management of patient information.
- Prepare treatment rooms with strict adherence to safety protocols and OSHA & CDC recommendations.
- Manage supply and inventory levels, placing and expediting orders as needed.
- Partner with providers and team members to implement Heartland Dental systems and maximize office workflow.

Qualifications:
- Working knowledge of dental procedures and terminology.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
- If required under the state dental practice act, dental assistant certification and/or x-ray certification.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to perform essential duties satisfactorily with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Prolonged periods of sitting and standing.
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 45 pounds at times.
- Availability to attend virtual training sessions periodically throughout the year.
