NaphCare Career Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled Dental Assistant to join our team at the Pierce County Jail facility. As a member of our healthcare team, you will play a critical role in providing quality dental care to our patients.

Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate dental services and assist the dentist with patient care, instruments, supplies, and documentation.
Assist in documentation and maintenance of all patient dental records.
Prepare the clinic with appropriate instruments and materials for scheduled visits.
Assist the dentist during treatment by providing instruments, materials, retraction, or suction.
Mix and fabricate all restorative materials.
Ensure all dental equipment is properly maintained and functioning.
Sterilize and disinfect equipment and tools.
Develop all routine radiographs.

Requirements:
High school diploma or GED certificate.
Maintain proper training and unrestricted certification as a Dental Assistant, with 1 year of dental experience in healthcare preferred.
Current CPR card.
