As an Hourly Supervisor at Walmart, you will enjoy a competitive hourly wage range of $16.00 to $36.00, with opportunities for annual or quarterly performance incentives. You will also receive additional compensation in the form of premiums, ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour, based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
