Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage change across the supply chain and identify solutions through simplification and standardization of processes.
  • Identify risks and mitigate them through the implementation of emerging technologies and process improvements.
  • Develop and implement process optimization projects to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless technology transfer and product development.
  • Review and manage trends related to consumer complaints and identify root cause analysis and corrective actions.
  • Lead and assist in packaging component qualifications and component optimization.
  • Manage all packaging deviations and change requests.
  • Lead Factory Acceptance Tests (FATs) for new packaging and production equipment.
  • Develop and maintain networks across multiple industries to identify emerging technologies and applications.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years' experience in engineering, process development, quality, or a related field, preferably in the pharmaceutical, dietary supplement, or food industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in chemistry, biochemistry, food science, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
  • Lean Green Belt Certification within one year of employment.
  • Proven project planning and management skills with the ability to lead multiple projects.
  • Project Management Certification a plus.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with team members.
  • Strong organizational skills; able to manage priorities and workflow.
  • Understand and familiar with Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), SAP (ERP System), Work Instruction (WI), Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), and Batch Records.

Compensation: $76k-$110k (USD)
