Supervisor, Case Management

Job Summary:
Chiricahua Community Health Centers, Inc is seeking a Clinical Supervisor, Behavioral Health to join our team. The successful candidate will provide clinical oversight and supervision to case management staff, ensuring high-quality services are delivered to our patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical supervision to case management staff, ensuring adherence to AHCCCS guidelines and CCHCI policies.
- Develop and implement training programs for case management staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Conduct regular staff meetings and provide feedback to ensure staff are meeting performance expectations.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in a behavioral health field.
- Independent licensure with the State of Arizona Behavioral Health Board of Examiners (LCSW, LPC, or LMFT).
- One year of experience in a supervisory role.
- Administrative or executive leadership experience is strongly preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of AHCCCS guidelines and CCHCI policies.
- Experience with Electronic Health Records (EHRs).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Work Environment:
Work environment is typical of a health clinic setting with occasional exposure to communicable diseases, bodily fluids, and hazardous chemicals.
Work requires reliable transportation as position requires frequent travel and extended hours to include early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
