Job Summary

Chiricahua Community Health Centers, Inc is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Case Management Supervisor to join our Behavioral Health Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and overseeing the development of case managers, providing clinical oversight, and ensuring compliance with AHCCCS and CCHCI policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and develop case managers to ensure they are providing high-quality care to patients.
  • Provide clinical oversight to ensure compliance with AHCCCS and CCHCI policies and procedures.
  • Conduct regular staff meetings to ensure team members are aware of and compliant with policies and procedures.
  • Develop and implement training programs to ensure staff are equipped to provide high-quality care.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient care.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure high-quality care.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in a behavioral health field.
  • Independently licensed with the State of Arizona Behavioral Health Board of Examiners (LCSW, LPC, or LMFT).
  • One year of experience in a supervisory role.
  • Administrative or executive leadership experience strongly preferred.
  • Full understanding of case management role in AZ AHCCCS Manual.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working in a behavioral health setting.
  • Knowledge of HIPAA and ability to maintain patient confidentiality and privacy.
  • Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Electronic Health Records experience preferred.
Work Environment

Work environment is typical of a health clinic setting with occasional exposure to communicable diseases, bodily fluids, and hazardous chemicals.

Work requires reliable transportation as position requires frequent travel and extended hours to include early mornings, evenings, and weekends.

Work requires ability to be contacted by cell phone during or outside of regular work hours. Cell Phone stipend will be provided.
