Job SummaryWe are looking for a highly motivated and compassionate Behavioral Health Clinical Therapist to provide top-notch behavioral health care to our patients. As a member of our multidisciplinary team, you will work closely with patients, families, and caregivers to assess, plan, and implement individualized treatment plans.
Responsibilities- Implement counseling/therapy for assigned patients in individual and group settings.
- Interview and assess patients and/or their family members, caregivers, and/or legal representatives.
- Determine, provide, and/or arrange for needed internal and external services/interventions.
- Participate in case reviews/care conferences to evaluate progress.
- Assist with discharge planning and processes, including identification of community-based resources, and provide referrals as part of the discharge plan.
- Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
- State licensure as Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT), or Licensed Addiction Counselor (ACD), or other licensure/certification may be acceptable as approved by department leadership.
