We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Director to lead our team of physical therapists at FYZICAL Therapy and Balance Centers. As a Clinical Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the clinical operations of our center, ensuring the highest level of patient care and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Management
- Supervise and manage a team of physical therapists, physical therapy assistants, and rehab technicians
- Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and revenue
- Patient Care
- Develop and implement treatment plans for patients with a variety of physical therapy needs
- Conduct initial evaluations and assessments to determine patient needs and goals
- Provide ongoing treatment and education to patients and their families
- Operations and Administration
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the clinical department
- Manage budgets and resources to ensure efficient use of staff and equipment
- Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and satisfaction
- Education and Licensure
- Master's or Doctorate in Physical Therapy
- Current state licensure and certification as a physical therapist
- Experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a physical therapist, with at least 1 year in a leadership or management role
- Skills and Abilities
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities
