Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Director to lead our team of physical therapists at FYZICAL Therapy and Balance Centers. As a Clinical Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the clinical operations of our center, ensuring the highest level of patient care and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Supervise and manage a team of physical therapists, physical therapy assistants, and rehab technicians
    • Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
    • Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and revenue
  • Patient Care
    • Develop and implement treatment plans for patients with a variety of physical therapy needs
    • Conduct initial evaluations and assessments to determine patient needs and goals
    • Provide ongoing treatment and education to patients and their families
  • Operations and Administration
    • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the clinical department
    • Manage budgets and resources to ensure efficient use of staff and equipment
    • Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and satisfaction
Requirements
  • Education and Licensure
    • Master's or Doctorate in Physical Therapy
    • Current state licensure and certification as a physical therapist
  • Experience
    • Minimum 3 years of experience as a physical therapist, with at least 1 year in a leadership or management role
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Strong leadership and management skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities
