Job Title: Supervisor - Operations

Reporting to the Assistant Manager - Operations Lead, you will be responsible for managing various aspects of store operations, optimizing inventory management, and maintaining our physical assets.

  • Operations: Possess in-depth product knowledge and a comprehensive understanding of the store layout and product locations, providing valuable assistance to both customers and associates.
  • Collaborate with the Assistant Manager - Operations Lead to effectively manage the daily tasks of associates, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the store.
  • Efficiently oversee cash office operations, including precise cash handling, recording, and reporting procedures, upholding our financial integrity.
  • Maintain and update accurate location codes throughout the store, with particular attention to managing mango back stock and optimizing space utilization.
  • Manage product inventory levels, implementing and adjusting suggested orders, non-stock ordering, and stock not kept ordering to ensure optimal product availability for customers.
  • Oversee various inventory-related tasks, including cycle counts, shooting the outs, negative on-hand reports, and other inventory-related reports, maintaining accurate stock levels and minimizing discrepancies.
  • Efficiently process defectives and claims on a weekly basis.
  • Direct and coordinate preventative maintenance and repairs to maximize and protect all physical assets, including the building, fixtures, equipment, and other critical resources.
  • Promptly address and escalate any store IT issues to ensure operational efficiency and minimize disruptions.
Compensation:

$12 - $15 / hour. This is a full-time position at 40 hours/week (some evenings & every other weekend required).

Minimum Qualifications:
  • High School or GED equivalent.
  • Possess a valid in-state driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
  • Previous retail merchandising experience preferred. Hardware experience preferred.
  • Standing, walking, lifting (up to 40lbs) and climbing.
