Key Responsibilities- Assessment and Program Development: Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify individual needs and develop tailored behavior support plans.
- Staff Training and Support: Provide training and guidance to direct service staff on behavior support plans and ensure treatment fidelity.
- Progress Monitoring and Reporting: Regularly monitor progress and report on individual outcomes to stakeholders.
- Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure adherence to best practice standards, including BACB ethical guidelines and disciplinary standards.
- Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Work closely with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and effective treatment outcomes.
- BS or BA degree in Psychology or related field
- Enrolled in MS/MA program with an approved BACB course sequence
- 18 years of age or older
- Experience working with individuals with complex needs
- Knowledge of behavior analysis principles and practices
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
